Shipping in Australia
All items are shipped via Australia Post.
All regular and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels so that no signature is required. If no-one’s home, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place. If your package cannot be left at home, it will be taken to your nearest post office. Unforeseen delays within postal networks may extend delivery times. Â

We aim to ship standard orders within 1 - 2 days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via the email entered at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Honey Garden Studio has a 30-day money back guarantee for products deemed faulty due to postage or manufacturing. Honey Garden Studio does not accept returns for change of mind.
It could take between 2-6 days for the parcel to reach us. Once received, processing a refund usually takes place within 3-5 business days. If your query is not mentioned here, please email honeygardenstudio@gmail.com.

Defective or damaged products caused by manufacturing / shipping can be exchanged for the same item.
