Hi, I'm Jade, the founder of Honey Garden Studio

For most of my 20’s, I was overwhelmed, anxious and disconnected from my inner wisdom. I was working in jobs I knew weren’t right. My nervous system was fried and I was lost and confused about my direction in life. I spent a lot of money and time in the self development and healing space trying to equip myself with the knowledge and skills to become who I wanted to be. I was forever chasing the next shiny thing that would “fix” me.

In 2018, in the midst of my Saturn return, I began studies with the Beautiful You Coaching Academy. I was taught that as a coach, it’s not your job to tell your clients what to do. You guide and support them, but you also respect their sovereignty to find the answers themselves. They set their own goals and they create their action steps.

It made me realise I’d spent so many years trying to find the answers outside of myself. Not only that, most of my decisions were made from my head, not my heart. I was living the life I thought was expected of me, not the one I actually wanted.

Somewhere along the way, I rediscovered and refined my journalling practice. I learnt how to listen to my heart’s wisdom / intuition / higher self (it’s all the same to me). And although my entire life path didn’t magically appear before me, I felt more “me” than I ever did before. I felt more connected to my true self, I had more trust in life and I knew what my next steps were. It was like the fog that had surrounded me my entire life began to clear.

In 2020, I gave birth to my first daughter and soon after, quit my marketing job of 8 years. In 2023, we welcomed another daughter and I created Honey Garden Studio. That year I self-published the ‘I am Radiant AF’ Affirmation Deck. In 2026, I launched the Honey Garden Journals and Heart Wisdom Mist.
